A full POS when you're staffing it

Staff the counter and it is a standalone register: cash with the change worked out, discounts behind a manager PIN, and receipts that print from the browser to any printer your computer has, or straight to an ESC/POS printer from the Android app. Add a handheld barcode scanner or a scale, and take cards with a Stripe reader where card readers are on. The cash drawer, Tap to Pay and Bluetooth or USB card readers need the Android app.

Meat shares, however you sell the animal

Members request a share on your farm page and you confirm it. The cut sheet and the pickup sheet are ready when the processor is.

Beef by the whole, half or eighth

Describe each lot your way — "Beef, October harvest: two steers in sixteen eighths" — with the options you offer and how many portions each one uses. Members request a share and you confirm it.

Pork & lamb, priced your way

A fixed price per option, paid in instalments or all at once. Or one rate per pound or kilo: nothing is charged for the meat until weigh-in, then the charge is the hanging weight times your rate. Processing fees go on as their own lines.
